PET Flakes invariably contain Bottle Neck parts which are thicker and harder compared to Bottle-Body parts. It changes the Bulk density of the lot which creates hindrances and processing difficulty in manufacturing few products, especially on few machines which are designed to work efficiently with feeding material having consistent bulk-density.
Based on Accurately controlled air-bed technology which creates air-bed with precisely controlled air-flow (which needs state-of-the-art control logarithm). The age-old technology to separate coarse grains from the finer one – is used as the basic principle which is modified to suit specific requirement of separating thicker Neck-Parts out of PET Bottle Flakes
